For those of you who are new here, I’m Michelle Vaughn. I’ve spent 25 years at the intersection of money, leadership, communication, and life. Today, I work privately with business owners, leaders, and consultants who need a clear outside perspective on what they’re building, saying, selling, or deciding.
I want to tell you something I probably should have said sooner.
I work privately with people who are running something — a business, a
team, a career, a big decision — and somewhere in the middle of it they hit a
wall they cannot see around. They are usually the smartest person in the
room. But when you are inside something, you cannot always see what is
holding it back.
That is where I come in.
I jump straight in. I do not do the long intake process or the packaged
program or the recipe that worked for somebody else. I look at what you
have, I tell you what I see, and we gure out the fastest way to move it
forward. Some people need one session. Some people want someone in their
corner every month. I work it out based on what actually makes sense for
you.
